The Palestinian/Israeli conflict and the related Palestinian displacement issue is unfortunately understood by very few. Cabrini College, through its social justice curriculum, aims to educate its students about the various humanitarian injustices around the word. Engagements in the Common Good: Working for Global Justice, an advanced social justice course at Cabrini College, focuses, in part on the Israeli/Palestinian conflict. Through historical information, readings and in-class speakers, the class illuminates the realities and personal strife cause by the struggle there.  Two students, James Crowell Jr. and Rasha Sharhan, an Iraqi refugee herself, talk about their newfound knowledge and perspective on the issue.
